Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, two days free with no card. Install the Dekhlo TV app, open the setup link on the free trial page, and send us the MAC address the app shows. Your trial switches on within seconds and the app connects by itself.
Which devices work?
iPhone and iPad, Android phones, and Android TV or Google TV, all through the Dekhlo TV app. Fire TV, Samsung and LG TVs, and Apple TV aren't supported yet; they're what we're building next.
How fast will my account be activated?
Most accounts are live within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. We process orders 7 days a week from 8am to midnight ET. After hours, expect activation by 9am the next morning.
What does the 48-hour money-back guarantee cover?
If anything about Dekhlo TV doesn't work for you in the first 48 hours after activation, we refund you in full. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll send the e-Transfer back the same day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer for Canada and Zelle for the US. We don't accept credit cards or PayPal; they freeze IPTV merchants without notice, which puts customer payments at risk.
Why do you ask for my MAC address?
The app shows your device's MAC address, the code that tells our servers which device to switch on. We use it only to activate your line.
Can I share with my family?
Each subscription streams on one device at a time. If someone else wants to watch on their own device at the same time, they'll need a separate subscription. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help set it up.
Is IPTV legal?
Dekhlo TV is a private streaming reseller. We operate within applicable regulations and, as with any streaming service, responsibility for use of the content lies with the end user.
